White Oak Family Dental is proud to announce that Dr. Yosif Jabir has recently been awarded the prestigious Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). This recognition is a significant achievement and places Dr. Jabir among a distinguished group of only about 6 percent of general dentists in the U.S. and Canada who have earned this honor.
FAGD stands for Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry. Earning Fellowship requires a deep dedication to dental continuing education (CE) beyond the standard requirements for graduation. To achieve this milestone, Dr. Jabir completed over 500 credit hours of CE, with at least 350 of those hours earned through live courses. Additionally, Dr. Jabir passed a rigorous exam, equal in difficulty to board certification exams, demonstrating his comprehensive knowledge and commitment to excellence in the field of dentistry.
This Fellowship reflects Dr. Jabir’s ongoing commitment to staying current with the latest techniques and best practices in dentistry. Patients at White Oak Family Dental can rest assured that Dr. Jabir not only cares about providing top-quality care but also actively engages in learning and practicing new techniques in a classroom setting multiple times a year — something that not every dentist does.
Dr. Jabir is excited to bring the benefits of this advanced education and experience to his patients and the community. This Fellowship is a testament to his dedication to offering the highest level of care and his commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
White Oak Family Dental looks forward to the continued excellence in dental care that this Fellowship represents.
